Aashish Beergi is the Co-founder and CEO of MASH Project Foundation, an award-winning social enterprise that is building an eco-system for young social entrepreneurs in India. He is a Scholar at the prestigious Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. His social enterprise was conferred with Goalkeepers Global Goals Award by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in 2020. MASH Project has a presence in India and builds a community for social entrepreneurs through events & workshops, aggregating platforms between mentors and mentees, providing media support to social entrepreneurs, and partnering with other key stakeholders. Aashish has been a British Council – Global Changemaker (London), Official Indian Delegate to BRICS Youth Summit (Guwahati), UNESCO Youth Forum (Paris), International Youth Forum – (Seliger, Russia).
Dr. Alaa Murabit is an award-winning global security strategist, women’s rights advocate, and medical doctor. Her work has shaped policies in 193 countries and impacted the lives of billions. Currently, Alaa serves as the Director of Health at the Gates Foundation, overseeing global health policy & advocacy, as a United Nations SDG Advocate, and as UN High-Level Commissioner on Health, Employment & Economic Growth. She was most recently selected as a 2021 Harvard Radcliffe Fellow, and a 2022 World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and serves as a Malala Fund board member.
Aleksander Kwaśniewski is the former President of Poland (1995 – 2005). He participated in the famous “Round-Table” negotiations that finally brought the peaceful transformation of Poland and the whole Central and Eastern Europe from communism to democracy. It was under his leadership that Poland finally joined NATO and become a member of the European Union. Aleksander is one of the leading figures in European Politics and author of numerous local and regional initiatives.
Author of “On Time and Water”, a national best seller in Iceland, shortlisted for the Nordic Councils Literary Prize of 2021. Andri has written novels, poetry, plays, short stories and essays. He is a popular public speaker, with sold out performances in The Reykjavik City Theatre, and the codirector of the documentary film “Dreamland”, “The Hero’s Journey to the Third Pole” and more recently “Apausalypse”. Andri’s work has been published or performed in more than 40 countries.
Currently writing for “The Atlantic”, Anne is a Senior Fellow at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and the Agora Institute, where she co-directs Arena, a program on disinformation and 21st century propaganda. Anne has occuppied several editorial positions in different newspapers and magazines, such as the Washington Post and the Evening Standard. She is also the author of several books, being “Twilight of Democracy: The Seductive Lure of Authoritarianism” the most recent.
António has over 27 years of international and national political and academic experience, including former positions as Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defense of Portugal and European Commissioner for Justice and Home Affairs, for instance, which brought him consistently in touch with the migration context. He is an experienced lawyer, advocate against inequalities, discrimination, violence and social exclusion endured by migrants and a fond promoter of civil society and private sector engagement, having contributed to the work of several prestigious think tanks and foundations.

Aya Chebbi is a multi-award-winning Pan-African feminist and diplomat who served as the first as the first-ever African Union Special Envoy on Youth and the youngest diplomat at the African Union Commission Chairperson’s Cabinet. She rose to prominence as a voice for democracy as a political blogger during 2010/2011 Tunisia’s Revolution. Aya’s decade of experience made her an influential leading voice known for rebranding Africa, with a commitment in peacebuilding, gender equality and Africa’s integration, honoured with several awards and recognitions.
Psychiatrist and explorer, Bertrand Piccard made history by accomplishing two aeronautical firsts – flying around the world non-stop in a balloon, and more recently in a solar-powered airplane plane without fuel. Pioneer in his way to consider ecology through the lens of profitability, he began working in the early 2000s to promote renewable energies and clean technologies. As Chairman of the Solar Impulse Foundation, he has succeeded in his mission to select 1000 profitable solutions to protect the environment and support clean growth.

A trailblazer in the global publishing scene, Bodour is creating a positive impact on the world by pushing IPA’s agenda on the freedom to publish and intellectual property rights. Under her leadership, IPA launched the International Sustainable Publishing and Industry Resilience (InSPIRe) initiative to build solidarity and collaboration between members of the publishing ecosystem. She also oversaw the launch of the IPA Academy, a one of its kind online educational platform designed to support publishers in developing core business skills to build more resilient and sustainable organizations.
As the CEO and founder of Kalimat Publishing Group, Bodour has been an avid advocate of the role of books and literacy in enlightening children. In 2019, Bodour’s work in women’s empowerment crossed a unique milestone as she established PublisHer, an informal networking body that seeks to increase the number of women in leadership roles within the publishing industry.
Brigette has authored 5 books, including “The Future of Leadership: Rise of Automation, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence” which has been ranked Top 100 Best Artificial Intelligence Books of All Time. She is also the founder of MBA Caribbean Organisation, specialized in seminars and workshops in leadership, management and education. Recognized as an international influencer on Leadership, among other acnkowledgments, Brigette has been travelling around the world, sharing her insights with organizations all over globe.
Dr Duggan’s research is focused on the political economy of development in Africa, where she has worked for more than twenty years and in more than two dozen countries. She is the author of numerous case studies and regularly advises businesses, governments and educational institutions on the continent and beyond. She was previously Vice Dean at ALUSB, a new business school in Rwanda, and spent nearly a decade on the faculty of Harvard Business School.
Cyrielle is a Partner at McKinsey & Company, advising clients in consumer, luxury goods and retail on growth strategy, digital and transformational change. Her expertise includes developing strategies for growth, making the most of digital and analytics to revitalize customer and product experiences in times when digital trends are reshaping consumer behavior and attitudes to brands, and reinvigorating organizational culture through purpose-driven change, where Diversity and Inclusion topic is taking an ever important role.
Fehmi joined McKinsey 10 years ago and serves mainly clients from the Advanced Industries sector around multiple industry-shaping topics. Being among the EMEA core leads in McKinsey’s Sustainability & Decarbonization Service line, Fehmi shapes strategies as well as the day-to-day client agenda on topics such as ESG positioning, Product & Supply Chain Decarbonization, or Circular Business Models. Fehmi serves clients mainly in Europe, Japan, and the USA and also led McKinsey’s work together with the World Economic Forum’s Circular Cars Initiative. Fehmi holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering & Business Administration from RWTH Aachen University having also studied at UC Berkeley and ETH Zurich.
Gerd is a Futurist and a Humanist, a leading global Keynote Speaker (on stage as well as virtually), the Author of 5 books including ‘Technology vs. Humanity’ and a Film-Maker. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts in London, and the CEO of “The Futures Agency” in Zürich. “Embrace technology but don’t become it” is his credo.
Gonzalo Fanjul is a policy analyst, activist and social innovator working on global poverty and inequality, with a particular interest on the future of global health, child poverty and the narratives that will transform a broken migration regime. Since 2018, he’s a fellow at Ashoka social innovation network. He is the author of ‘3.500 Millones’, El País’ referential blog on poverty, and a regular contributor to various media platforms.
As a teenager, Isabelle founded “Meninas Negras”, a social project that combats racial and gender inequalities in Brazil. She is currently leading it as Head of Strategy, while working at Oracle as a Business Development Consultant. Board member of “Força Meninas” and Ambassador of the “One Million Opportunities (1MiO)” initiative led by UNICEF, Isabelle is also a member of the first generation of Ashoka Young Changemakers in Latin America.
Joséphine is Sistech’s CEO (previously #TF4Women by Techfugees), a non-profit empowering uprooted & displaced women through the qualified and sustainable tech & digital jobs of their choice, with a team of 9 people in France, Italy and Greece. Recognized as one of the “30 under 30 Social Entrepreneurs” by Forbes and member of the board of the Norwegian Refugee Council and she acts as an informal expert for the European Commission on migration.
Following ministerial appointments in finance, trade and defence, Juan Manuel Santos assumed the Presidency in 2010 and was re-elected in 2014, having led complex peace negotiations, ending over 50 years of intractable civil war. As a result of his resolve and dedication to achieve peace and reconciliation in Colombia, Juan Manuel Santos was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2016. Outspoken advocate for the protection of biodiversity and fighting climate change and fierce advocate for global peace and justice, he was one of the initial promoters of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović is the 4th President and 1st female President of the Republic of Croatia, first female Assistant Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), as well as Croatia’s first female Minister of Foreign Affairs and Ambassador to the United States. Experienced politician, national and international diplomat, with expertise in geopolitical studies, the Trans-Atlantic relationship, inter-faith and inter-cultural relations, European and Eurasian studies, relations with Russia, gender issues and global security issues. Kolinda has been honoured with several awards, decorations, honorary doctorates and honorary citizenships.
Lars is a Professor of Management Studies and holder of the Bo Rydin and SCA Chair in Business Administration, Leadership. Focused on aesthetics, branding, organization and leadership, Dr. Strannegård has carried out research on organizing and management practice in multinational organizations and his work has been published in several journals. He is the chairperson of Beckmans School of Design and member of the Board of Trustees of the Centre for Business and Policy Studies (SNS).
Lee is a social impact strategist working to solve complex global challenges through innovation, design, and behaviour change. His work is highly varied and has spanned mental health, foster care, LGBTIQ+ rights, the environment, public health, and education. Lee has been recognised internationally for his unique approach to social change and impact measurement, and holds a number of non-executive director positions.
Lester is a Full Stack Developer, Tech Entrepreneur and Co-Founder of FractalUp, a social learning platform that replaces the traditional educational system by using Artificial Intelligence to create personalized learning paths, fostering new educational trends while re-inventing schools, universities, institutions and corporate training. Recognized as a Forbes 30 under 30 Fellow in Education in 2015, Lester’s work has been recognized with FractalUp by several entities, including MIT and Qatar Foundation for instance.
Mário Centeno is the Governor of Banco de Portugal since July 2020. He was Minister of Finance of Portugal between 2015-2020 and former president of the Eurogroup and chair of the Board of Governors of the European Stability Mechanism. An experienced economist, Mr. Centeno has held several positions in Banco de Portugal, where he started his career in 1993. He has a strong academic background with a PhD in Economics, from Harvard University. Author and co-author or several scientific publications, books and book chapters related to his areas of interest, such as Labour Economy, Econometrics, Microeconomics and Contract Theory.
Mette is the Head of PRME – Principles for Responsible Management Education, an initiative of the UN Global Compact. Mistra Chair of Sustainable Markets and Scientific Director at Misum, she has been a professor at Copenhagen Business School (CBS), where she was Founding Director of the CBS Center for Corporate Social Responsibility for 10 years. She also served as an Academic Director of the CBS Sustainability Platform. Mette teaches sustainability management and corporate social responsibility in Executive Education at SSE and at PhD level.
Natalya is a Russian journalist, founder, main owner and chief executive officer of the Dozhd media holding, which includes Dozhd TV channel, the Republic.ru online magazine and the Big City [ru] magazine. She is the co-founder and former general producer of the Silver Rain radio station. Three times laureate of the “Media Manager of Russia” prize and honorary academician of the Russian Academy of Radio.
Nondumiso is currently the Director of Global Shapers Mbabane. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science with Honors degree, in Political and International Studies, from Rhodes University. She was named an inaugural Queen’s Young Leader winner by Queen Elizabeth II and a Commonwealth Young Achiever (2015), being recognized as a policy influencer on SADC’s Top 100 Youth list (2018). She serves as Advisor to the Queen’s Commonwealth Trust. Her areas of interest include education, gender, health, foreign and public policy.
In addition to teaching and leading the Institute of Organic Chemistry at the University of Vienna, Nuno is also the Adjunct Principal Investigator at the Research Center for Molecular Medicine (CeMM). Expert reporter at the executive board of the Austrian Science Foundation, Associate Editor for JACS Au and an elected member of the Austrian and European Academy of Sciences, Nuno was honoured with the Tetrahedron Young Investigator Award and elected Austria’s Scientist of the Year 2018-2019.

Oya is a board member of Transparency International, a global organization fighting against corruption, and has been chair of the Board’s Ethics Committee thereof. She is the founding chair of Transparency International Turkey, leader of the Youth Integrity Initiative in TI and has also been Co-Chair of G-20 Governance Working Group. Throughout her career, Oya has worked as an international lawyer, being recognized as well-known anticorruption, anti-money laundering, fraud, ethics and corporate governance expert, working closely with the European Commission, European Parliament, UN, OECD and GRECO, while serving multiple government offices and multinational clients.

Peter is a distinguished business leader who has been leading WBCSD for a decade, the premier global, CEO-led community of over 200 of the world’s leading sustainable businesses working collectively to accelerate the system transformations needed for a net zero, nature positive, and more equitable future. Former CFO and then CEO of TNT NV, the global transport and logistics company, Peter has been recipient of the Clinton Global Citizen Award (2009) and the Sustainability Leadership Award (2010). Currently serves as a member of several corporate sustainability advisory boards.
Robin is Professor of Strategy and Management of Digitalization at Chalmers University of Technology, a fellow of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences, and Director of Ocean Data Factory Sweden. She has co-founded several circular economy initiatives and startups in Portugal: Peniche Ocean Watch and Ocean Tech Hub LDA, and in Sweden: Ekbacken Studios AB. She has published several books on digitalization and is a globally sought after speaker.
Roman is the founder and editor-in-chief of “The Insider”, a Russian independent online magazine focused on investigations and debunking of fake news. He has a Ph.D. in political science and used to be a civil activist and organiser of protest campaigns in support of human rights. “The Insider” was founded in 2013 and since than Roman has participated in many important investigations concerning Russian trolls and hackers, invasion in Ukraine, GRU operations in Europe, corruption of the Russian government and many others. Winner of the 2019 European Press Prize with “Unmasking the Salisbury Poisoning Suspects: A Four-Part Investigation”, in collaboration with Christo Grozev and Daniel Romein.
Safia is an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, focusing on human capital development with a focus on future skills and public-private partnerships. She led 20+ projects with policy makers, NGOs and education providers working at a classroom and school level to transform education models and deliver better outcomes for students and society. Safia co-leads McKinsey regional efforts for social impact and serves as board member of the Harvard African Alumni.

Founder of the Network for Business Sustainability and Ivey’s Centre for Building Sustainable Value, Tima is currently leading Innovation North, which helps businesses create value for themselves and society simultaneously over the long term. She is also the Vice Chair of United Nation’s Principles for Responsible Education and is on the Board of Governors of the Academy of Management. Tina is one of Sweden’s most successful co-drivers in rally with three gold medals in the world championship. She is also an entrepreneur, certified coach and motivator, currently leading her own consulting company in the areas of management, leadership, motivation lectures and mental training for sport teams, while developing an educational platform for students of the world, focusing on entrepreneurial skills and innovation.
Veneta is the Dean of Universidad de los Andes School of Management in Colombia, where she also occupies the role of Associate Professor of Business Strategy. She is an accomplished educator, entrepreneurial mentor and researcher, having thought for some of the top business schools in Latin America. Her scientific contributions have been published in high-ranked international journals in economics and management and she is a co-author of two successful books: “Multilatinas: Strategies for internationalization” and “Entrepreneurial ecosystems in unexpected places”.
Vera Pinto Pereira graduated and Post-Graduated in Economics by Universidade NOVA de Lisboa and has an MBA from INSEAD. In 2018, Vera was appointed as a member of the Executive Board of Directors of EDP, where she is also the CEO at EDP Comercial. She is also a member of the Board of EDP Spain, EDP Brazil and EDP Renewables and President of the Board of EDP Foundation. Previously, she was the Executive Vice President and Managing Director for Spain and Portugal at Fox Networks Group and member of the Executive Leadership Team Europe and Africa, after working for several years in consulting and the telecommunications industry.
Vladimir Milov is a Russian opposition politician, publicist, economist & energy expert. Former Deputy Minister of Energy of Russia, adviser to the Minister of Energy, and head of strategy department at the Federal Energy Commission, the natural monopoly regulator. Author of major energy reform concepts, founder and president of the Institute of Energy Policy, a leading independent Russian energy policy think tank. Columnist of major Russian political and business editions, Mr. Milov had became a vocal public critic of Vladimir Putin’s dirigiste and authoritarian course since he left the Russian Government.
Xiye Bastida is a Climate Justice Activist who advocates for the centering of frontline communities in climate policy. She organized with Fridays For Future NYC for three years, where she helped mobilize up to 300,000 people for climate strikes. In 2020, she co-founded Re-Earth Initiative, which is a youth-led Climate Justice education organization. Xiye is a public speaker who advocates for youth and Indigenous rights. And she currently attends the University of Pennsylvania where she is pursuing a BA in Environment Studies.
Yasmine is the founder of We Belong, a platform and podcast that amplifies the voice of the New Daughters of Europe. She is an advocate for Social and Gender Justice in Europe. In 2019, she was recognized as Young European of the Year 2019 by the Schwarzkopf Foundation. She was named EDD Young Leader by the European Commission, and she is an expert on Peace & Security for the EU and the AU. Yasmine is also an award-winning fellow at Women Deliver and a member of the Gender Innovation Agora at UN Women.
