This third number of our EC Global Review is entirely dedicated to the last edition of the Estoril Conferences, that happened between May 29th and May 31st, in the Estoril Congress Center, Cascais.

In it, Carlos Carreiras, Mayor of the Municipality of Cascais, addresses the change made in the world, from Estoril, made by the contents produced during the Estoril Conferences. Miguel Pinto Luz, Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of Cascais, shares what he felt during the three days of the conferences, pointing out the participation of the many youngsters present as one of its most important accomplishments and Arie Kacowicz, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, draws one conclusion: the concept of borders is today, in the XXI century, wider than in any other time in history.

In this Global Review, we also share the winners of the prizes awarded and the highlights of the Estoril Conferences, complimenting them with two interviews. The first one made to a youngster present during the conferences and the second one to a teacher associated with our EC Junior project.

All you need to know about the 5th edition of the Estoril Conferences can be found in this third number of the Global Review. It is a general overview of one of the most important International Relations events in Portugal.
