Colin is the current Director of Global Partnerships for BrandsEye, an opinion data mining company founded in Cape Town, South Africa that notably called the outcome of both the Brexit and US Election results in 2016. He has led projects with corporations including HP, Diners Club and Old Mutual; NGOs including UNICEF, WWF, MSF and Greenpeace; and public sector institutions including SANParks and the City of Cape Town.  

He has contributed to a variety of academic and industry publications, presented at conferences around the world on the topics of social finance, social enterprise, fundraising, loyalty economics, relationship management and the perspectives they bring to business and social systems.

Colin has received a Bachelor of Social Science majoring in Business Administration, Politics and Economics, a Masters of Philosophy cum laude and is completing his PhD focusing on the decision-making dynamics of institutional investors towards responsible investing.  He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors of Southern Africa, a mentor for Endeavor and serves on the boards of a number of ‘for purpose’ organisations.
