Mission

Our main mission is to bring in the purpose generation and inspire all who wants to create meaningful impact and push the world forward, creating an active and worldwide community of global citizens willing to take the lead for action.

“Are we there yet? Let us be the space where we ask the questions, open the debate, and lead the way forward.“ (part of our manifesto)

How

Empowering the younger generations to be engaged in high-level discussions and establishing the connections between all involved for an intergenerational dialogue to jointly find possible solutions and action plans to further implementation.

A bi-annual main event with parallel workshops and several other prior initiatives throughout the months, to set the tone and enrich the debate.

To Whom

Addressed to a multitude of diverse stakeholders, influential and high-level leaders, at the political, business, academic and civil society levels.

Inspire and bring in the purpose generation and all who wants to change the world, setting the stage so each one can feel included and heard.

The Estoril Conferences present a new identity and brand, inspired by the horizon, the future and the objectives of the next edition that intends to bring the new generations to the intergenerational debate with a focus on a more inclusive and sustainable future common to all, also reflected in the illustration in Spotlight. This is the starting point for a new perspective that promises to guide us into the future.

Our ManifestO
Come and become the Purpose Generation

Human history is a collective path of mistakes and painful memories, but also of hopes and dreams.

This is us, in all our humanity, for better and for worse. In adversity as in prosperity, we thrive. We adapt and change; we create and transform.

As we keep moving forward, do we realise what’s upon us? Are we on the verge of a late beginning; or of a new end? Are we going nowhere; or getting somewhere?

Do we understand the role we need to play? Or do we truly believe everything will be ok, just because?

Whatever the doubts, the challenges, or the opportunities, there is one thing we are sure of:  We are here.

We are not the past repeating itself, nor the future yet to come. We are a present. Tense. Exciting. New. Normal. Complex. Collective. Challenging. As always.

We are here to share onward. To work towards. To move forward.

Looking in every direction but having a common goal. Sharing different perspectives of the same challenges. Finding new ways to old dreams. Paths of prosperity, equality, freedom and justice for all.

The time where we stop sitting on the back seat and start taking action. The place where we take the wheel and lead the way.

Come and become The Purpose Generation and change our future for better, for good, for all.

Finally, we are here.

Is it good or bad?

Are we on verge of a late beginning? Or of a new end?

Are we facing backwards or forward?

Are we looking down or are we looking up?

Are we raising the questions; or finding the answers?

Are we doing nothing; or standing something?

Are we going nowhere; or getting somewhere?
